I would google it but i don't know what any of the parts are.

How Do I Fix This?


This is a perfect example of "we have no idea what you are saying".
First, take better pictures that are focused, second, supply us with more details.
Is this outside the wall of the basement that has plumbing? City water or septic?
Did you run over it with the lawnmower? Is that writing around the ring? Hard to tell, too blurry.
It MAY be a cleanout for your drains. In which case there would be threads on the black part that got chewed up. Again, hard to say for sure without more details.
