Hot tub

I have installed a new deck and now Im wanting to install a hot tub. The deck is only 14" off the concrete slab that was on the patio. Can I install the hot tub on the concrete if I cut it into the deck or does the concrete have to be so many inches thick? I know the weight is around 3-4000 lbs loaded with water. I will brace the hot tub itself with the neccesary bracing.

Ayuh,... Go for it,...
The concrete will take the weight in direct contact, Better than on blocking under the deck....
