had soil tested...need to add .7 pds of nitrogen per 1,000sqft

So I got my soil test results back from Texas A&M and they state all I need to do is add .7 pds per 1,000 sq ft of nitrogen to the lawn, nothing else is required. I normally use Lesco weed and feed 18-0-9 from HD, how much should I use to not add too much to the lawn?

Thanks in advance.

18-0-9 is 18% Nitrogen. Take the weight of the bag of fertilizer x 18% and the result is how many pounds of Nitrogen are in the bag. You'll need a good spreader with calibration instructions to figure out what setting to use to get .7 lbs. per 1000 sf.

So if you have a 25lb. bag, you'll have 4.5 lbs of Nitrogen in the bag. That should cover 6500 square feet.
