First time home owner needs advice of what to do with back of house...

jtrom Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 20	First time home owner needs advice of what to do with back of house... I bought a bi-level house built into a hill and the back of the house (top of the hill) needed a sloping backfill to keep surface water off the foundation. What do I do now?...plant something? landscaping rocks?...I am in Michigan btw Attached Images
