Default fertilizing lawn recently overseeded

I aerated and overseeded my lawn the first week in September. The seed has germinated and new grass has begun to grow. In the past, I have put some kind of winter guard fertilizer on the lawn in early November. Is that kind of product too strong for new grass? Located in PA if that matters.

Thank you.

You should be fine with a fall fertilizer that is low in nitrogen or has most of it in a timed release granulation. Nitrogen is the first number on the NPK label. T be safe, water the application after you put it on.
