Fertilizer Help

I have been in my new home for over 2 months. I live in FL and have St, Augustine grass in the front yard. I have heard to put Scotts Turf Builder Summer Guard down to help the lawn. I'v already bought the product but have not put it down yet. There is mixed reviews about having yellow spots with the product on the there website.

Has anyone had good results with this product on St. Augustine?

Any feedback or suggestions of other products would be greatly appreciated.

Fertilizer Help

Hi, I have used myself Scotts Super Turf Builder ( http://www.thehardwarecity.com/?sku=2849586 ) which is probably similar product to yours, and had no problems with it. The thing about the yellowspots is I think about overfertilizing the grass, if you apply the fertilizer evenly there should be no yellow spots, therefore be careful when applying it, not to spill to much on some places. Also irrigation is needed after applying fertilizer, at least 3-4 times a week. Hope it works for you!
