fence came out of ground
At the back of my friends house his fence is partially fallen over on an angle. The concrete is still attached to the wooden fence post. Could my friend just get some ready mix concrete and pour it into the partially available hole then push the fence back up so it is not on an angle anymore? Is is okay to add new concrete to existing concrete that is years old?

For reference, here is a photo(not my friends) of a fence that has fallen(fully not partially) that still has the concrete attached to it:

Yes you could, but the better way to do this would be to buy a new wood post ( Im assuming it is a wood fence) place it in the hole, which by the way should be about 36" down and install blue stone around the post. Than attach the fence. This allows for drainage around the post and will not rot the post.

I think replacing the post is a given but this sounds like frost heave not rot. So unscrew fence panels pull out old post dig hole 36" at least then set new post in concrete as for drainage meh.

The fence posts have to be below the frost line.
