Decorating my Patio Garden -- Need Help with the Outdoor lamps

I have developed a new outdoor space for my house and my new patio garden really looks barren at night. I was planning to add some kind of a lighting to boost its appearance at night but can't decide on what kind of lighting that suits its current style. I want any ideas or suggestions of what kind of lighting will I put to liven it up especially at night. Here is what my patio looks like;

A couple of spot lights into the shrubbery, path/stair lights at the stairs, and some of those lights on the kneeling wall that shine down onto the deck (can't think of what they're called)

Thanks dwillems. I love that idea. I am figuring out of what kind of lighting you are talking about the one that shines over my deck. I want to have a beach feel in it so I searched online. Some commendations I saw pointed to this sitehttp://www.buytikitorches.com/ and I am not sure if torches can really make it brilliant. Would you mind helping me with the selection? Thanks again! Any suggestions, still are greatly appreciated.

I know you are asking about lighting but I can't resist mentioning that white flowers at night really stand out. Some are extra fragrant then too.

Came across this site not long ago looking for something else. They have some nice led, solar, etc. things and prices seem good.

Also, for basic things like deck and stair lights and even spotlights check marine catalogs. They tend to be cheaper than landscape lighting. Obviously marine and marina lights have to work outdoors too!

Star jasmine was one of my fave landscaping plant selections for N California gardens. Glossy leaves, nice white flowers and fagrance. The fragrance can be intense in a small warm space though so do not overplant. Gardenias are nice but same fragrance concern.

This just showed up in my inbox. $200ish retail at quick glance. Just passing it on. Could be fun I guess.
