curb appeal/lanscaping and transplanting a phontina

Hi, I am new here and need opinions/advice please.
We are getting ready to sell and I need to kick up the curb appeal to our home. Between the two smaller windows to the right is a large (what I think is a phontina) and I want to relocate it. I have no idea how old it is. I have read about tips on that and dont have a place for it yet, but will figure something out. I am thinking of board and batten shutters around all three window on the front of the house along with window boxes to hold flowers. I need help though with the flower bed areas under the windows. I have no idea what to do with those areas to make it look its best.
While this isnt landscaping, I am also wanting idea for something to do above the garage window -the one on the left of the picture. I feel like that part of the front of the home specifically is just kind of strange looking and needs something but I dont know what.
Any thoughts are welcome, and tia!
