We have a concrete patio 12x20foot. It has settled to grade. Wanting to spruce it up. Thinking of placing the 16" concrete squares on top. The squares have brick stamps on top of them. The patio is in good condition and I have sealed the cracks and filled in the larger holes with patch concrete. I am planning on using liquid nail to glue the squares in place. Are there any negatives to placing these squares on top of the concrete patio?
I've used those and they looked great. Sticking them on concrete will work fine. Although any cracks in the concrete might eventually telegraph through to the new surface if they are stuck tight. You might consider only glueing the perimeter and leaving the field tiles loose. Gravity and their own weight will hold them down.
