Buy a jug of Weed-b-gone MAX and one of their Dial-a-Spray applicators and apply to your yard as instructed on the package. It will kill clover RIGHT NOW. If it's taking over, be prepared to re-seed the bare spots.

Ditto what moondawg said. I don't remember seeing the "max" on the label, but yes, weed-b-gone. Label should say something like "with iron". Its a new weedkiller, also known as "fiesta". Darned good stuff.

I call it creeping charlie, but I think we are talking about the same weed. Weed-B-Gone will get rid of it great. Read the label, and follow instructions, as always.

Ortho keeps changing the product as they add different herbicided to the mix.

First it was Weed-B-Gon. then it was Weed-B-Gone MAX. Now it's "Weed-B-Gone MAX with Crabgrass Control"

It worked really well in my lawn.
