Brushwacker 32 cc won't start or stay running???

Sears Brushwacker 32 cc will only start w starter fluid sprayed into carburetor. Won't no stay running at idle or w trigger throttle open. Actions already take. Cleaned and re-built C1U-W32A Carb x's 2. The only area left undone were the openings under the Welch plug. I have some concerns re faulty ignition module. When I check for spark it is yellow not blue and strong as stated in manuals. (? whether this is meaningful). Pulling what little hair I have out trying to figure what I missed. Also replaced all fuel lines and in tank fuel filter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thx

George
