Yet another question: Suspended Ceiling 2x4 Frame Removal

I'm removing a sheetrock-finished suspended ceiling from a part of my kitchen. (There was a ceiling fan in the recessed center area.)

The framing for the suspended ceiling is almost completely demo'd and I've got the electrician on stand-by.

My question:

How do I remove the framing that's attached to the outside walls without damaging the studs? (See images) There are kitchen cabinets between me and the attached framing 2x4's, so they're difficult/somewhat awkward to get at.

Suggestions anyone?

Thanks again.

Scottktmrider, there isn't enough vertical clearance to get a sawzall back there. I may have to resort to a pry bar and a hammer, but I guess I hoped that some on the forum would have some magic to offer!
