yes, there is a space, im guessing for the outside i will have to move some dirt around, but is it possible to get a window placed in an already existing foundation?

Yes, it is possible. Call your local Building Department and explain the situation to them, go from there... Permit may/not be needed, yes- if an egress window from the basement or sleeping room (bedroom). Dig out the required area and add appropriate window well material for the depth. Then hire a concrete cutting service to remove the section and chop it into manageable pieces or a General Contractor. Install a waterproofed pressure treated window rough-opening box with caulking and correct fasteners. Add the window with proper flashing and fasten correctly. We can walk you through any problems but you should research it first.

You can build the window, but it's unlikely you can install it.
