Vanity Top measurement
I'm remodeling a master bath with new everything. The vanity will consists of 3 base cabinets, 2 at 30" and 1 at 18" for a total of 78". It will be between a wall and linen cabinet from the same cabinet company.
A installer came out to measure for the cultured marble vanity top. He made a comment that the cabinets have a 1/4" "overhang", so he was going to order the top to be 78 1/4". Doesn't sound right to me. Any advice? |

Vanity Top measurement
If the measurement is 78” between the wall and the linen cabinet then where is the overhang going to go? Maybe he is ordering them a little long so there will be material for scribing against the wall if necessary.
