Using rigid foil faced foam insulation

My 4 panel metal garage door has no insulation and I would like to add the rigid foam faced insulation. The door panels have a lip on the inside which is perfect for tucking in the insulation. However, the insulation, itself, is so rigid it won't bend so I can tuck it in without breaking it. Is there a solution for this of any kind?

It sounds like you bought the thicker insulation boards. You need to buy the thin boards that bend, such as 1/2". Just add as many layers as you can get in there.
