Tile kitchen countertop and backsplash...

Hi Everyone from NJ!!
I currently have a beautiful tile countertop and backsplash but I want to replace my kitchen cabinets and keep the countertop. I am concerned how this would work considering there is a joint between the wall and countertop of grout. I am afraid once the cabinets come out from underneath I will have a mess. Anyone have any advice on this on how this can be accomplished???
I appreciate all your help.
Melissa

Depends on how long of a run and what the tile is set to (plywood, etc...)
