Stack Clean Out Cover

Hello,

I'm hoping to get some help with covering up a 4" stack clean out that was framed and drywalled around. The drywall is flush with the clean out except that the little square plug sticks out approx 3/4". I have looked everywhere locally and searched online and cannot find anything that would cover this 4" opening. The problem seems to be finding something that is dome shaped and has enough clearance to fit over the 3/4" square plug.

Anyone have any suggestions. Please help!

Thanks,
Lee

Stack Clean Out Cover

I can't find it right now...but I'll keep looking. At one time I used a flat clean out plug similar to the one below, except that in the center there's a threaded brass insert that you can use to screw a cover plate to. If I can find it I'll post a picture.

BTW this is a Genova #71854 4" Toe Saver Floor Plug.

EDIT: Here's the item I was looking for...maybe this will help...
