sound dampening
Does anybody know of a way to dampen the sound between 2 rooms. My bedroom shares a wall with the bathroom, the vanity is on the opposite side, so when the drawers/cupboards close, it sounds like they slam in my bedroom. I don't have any insulation in my house yet but plan on having it insulated soon, I'm hoping that will reduce the problem but I don't think it will eliminate it. Thanks.

You must work nights and try to sleep during the day.
Put felt pads on the doors....little round dots...you get them at HD..... Or train the person slaming the doors closed to not slam them.
