Soffit question

I have a quick question about what someone else would do in my situation.
I am building a soffit around my I-beam and 2 other ducts but my issue is that they hit the window if I completely box them in. Luckily, the last one is short than the others. But I am not sure if I should go all the way to the duct or just move in enough to clear the window.
So basically, 3-4 inches or 16 inches.

That shows the ducting and the window, hopefully that makes sense. If not I can take pictures and try to describe better. I just don't know if I go in all the way, if it will look stupid. Just wondering if you guys have any suggestions, or what you would do.

Thanks,
Nick

Soffit question

Just angle it after you get past the ducts? To me the smaler angle will look better than the steeper angle. Leave enough room for window casing and an extra inch or 2
