Should I use sealant at wall joints in tile shower stall?

I've seen tiled shower stalls where the places where the walls join are filled with grout. But it seems that those are places where there would be movement, and should be caulked. What do you guys think?

Any place the tile changes direction, of meets a differant material caulking is used, not grout.

Most grout manufacturers have caulk that matches their grout colors.
