Roller Wheels For Sliding Doors

I just installed new roller wheels for a double pane sliding door from "Pella". The old wheels needed weekly adjustment; so they were replaced. I can see that the thread on the adjustment screws was showing signs of wear. But now the new wheels after only one week, need to be adjusted. When the door was new, it did not need adjustment this soon.
Any ideas on what is wrong? If the wheels had a locking screw, then I would not have this problem. There is a square nut that may have move out of place but I would need to remove the door and pull out the roller wheels to check.

There is usually a nylon or plastic 'nut' to keep the screw from moving easily(friction fit). It may have fallen off or broken. The only way I know of to ckeck or fix to remove the door.

Why not go to the air conditioned Pella store and look at the display?
