Replace original sink without damaging original cabinet???

Okay,

So I have a rental property with the original porcelain kitchen sink which I am replacing with a laminate countertop and drop in stainless steel sink. The only problem is the original sink is attached directly to the cabinet and I need to USE said cabinet. Timeliness of this project depends on it. Most optimal way? Blade knife was going to be my first choice. PS sorry for the giant pictures.

Replace original sink without damaging original cabinet???

I have one of those in my laundry room, the sink is attached on the underside to the base with bolts.
