removing grout/tile sealer from solid granite

I have just had a tile backsplash installed in my kitchen. The installers must have gotten the sealer they used for the grout and tile on the new solid granite countertops. What is the best way to remove this film? Will the products listed on the sealer for cleaning any brushes or rollers safe to use on the granite? It is a sealer from Sparks called Stone Glamor. It is more of a film than pooled areas so scrapping will not work.

Seal the rest of the granite using the same sealer.

Are you sure it's a sealer maybe it's the grout film? Did you pay extra to have the grout and tile sealed? If you paid extra then have them correct the problem. If it's the grout film it will wipe off or have them come back.
"Yeah, it's a nice garage, but you have to keep it heated at all times so it doesn't mess up your roof line."

In the past I've had to buff it off with my husband's car-buffer.
At this present moment in time I am making cabinets for the kitchen - just in case you wanted to know what I'm doing when I'm not around.
