Redgard priming still pink?

I recently primed the durock boards in our shower stall with redgard as per manufacturers instructions, mixing 1 part redgard with 4 parts water. The stuff is supposed to turn red when dry, but after 2 days the boards are still mostly pinkish.
It is just a priming, so I don't think I should be concerned. What do you guys think?
