Kitchen sink...what do you think?

We have a worn porcelin on steel sink that has some chips so I thought I would replace it. I really like some of the stainless steel options out there, but am torn because the rest of the kitchen is entirely white. Cabinets, countertop, appliances, etc. Therefore, I feel maybe I should get a white cast iron sink which I hear is more durable than what I currently have, but I'm still leary. My question to you is, do you think a stainless steel top mounted sink would look completely out of place in an otherwise white kitchen? I know I need to make myself happy first, but this is a place that we plan on selling in less than 2 years so the general consensus matters a little to me. Let me hear what you think. Thanks.

Based on your time frame, put in the white sink and enjoy.

Actually, I have considered one of those except in white. Very nice unit. A little spendy, but I imagine well worth it. Problem is that we are planning to sell the place in less than two years. I might still pull the trigger on one of those even though I doubt the next buyer will appreciate the quality.

My wife and I have looked at these - very nice look - I think cost justifiable for the quality and appearance. Kitchens sell houses.

If you are planning on selling the house anytime soon it's always good to update the kitchen. Stainless steel sells houses. If you are not going anywhere for a while stick with the white.
