Ideas for lighting odd room

Essentially one half of a great room shape. Approx 16 feet wide, 28' long. Ceiling has single pitch of probably 5/12 the 16' way. The longest two walls have ceiling heights of about 10' on the low side and 16' on the high side.

Open for any lighting except that there's three existing 4-0 boxes mounted high on the high wall, like at 15', lol. It's completely sheetrocked and commercial so I'd have to run RMC surface mounted.

We could easily hook sconces to the boxes and get fair light because they are so high, but it is odd and really wont be a nice light. I also thought about cable lights, running from the box along the ceiling line to the opposite wall with say 3 50w lights each. This would look high tech but if we want to add fans the line of the rmc may look awfully busy and fight with the cables.

i guess i need a sounding board. tia.

What is the space? You said "It's completely sheetrocked and commercial so I'd have to run RMC surface mounted." The use dictates much of the lighting requirements?

How about mounting 3 sets of triple floodlight holders on the existing sconce boxes, and aim towards ceiling?
