Humidity sensing fan or...?

Does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with the Panasonic FV-11VQC5? Is this preferable to having something like a DewStop FS-100 + Panasonic FV-11VQ5?

I would just get the staged timer switches and go with that. I am not aware of how dependable these switches are and it is ideal to dry the space out to a point that is instantaneously below the RH in the home so that the tile will continue to dry.
