How to tile shower ceiling?
 
On to the next step.

Ill be having to tile my shower ceiling. Im using 6 inch tiles. How do I go about doing this?

I assume you mean how to get them to stick till they dry. Make your thin set a little stiff. then when you set the tile wiggle it a little to set it in the mud. 6" is not very heavy so you should not have any trouble

So I dont really need to do anything special?

Arsinek,
they do make thinset with more grab to it for setting heavier tiles and stone type products on vertical walls. But like Toolseeker said, 6 x 6's shouldn't be a problem.

If you are using tile spacer things to press tile into the thinset or whatever and hold to your grid? You might want to have at least two over what you planned as needed in a tool belt pocket or something with regard to spacers. I personally have never, never, ever dropped one.

Had I ever dropped one, worth $.0245US in quantity, my clients would have screamed.

Have not heard about a shower/bath ceiling being tiled in quite awhile. Why? Just curious.
