How to keep my sanity...?

How to keep my sanity during this remodel of my new shop. This old house of mine that I am remodeling is driving me crazy. This old house has Vinyl on the outside covering old harwood, rough sawn, lap siding then on the in side of the wall there is sheetrock covering old 6" tonque and groove .

Here is the pics of my old shop BEFORE renovation (I took this pic this morning at sun-up). I was renting this house out until I decided to make it my wood working shop. I have been doing minor work to the inside, i.e. tearing out sheet rock etc. But today is the first day I start tearing down walls, then I start tearing out floors.

What I am doing is tearing the far back add-on wall out and tearing out all the floors except for the room where you see the the upper room without the blind. I am going to leave that room for office space and pour the rest for a floor and put a garage door in that back addition wall.

So...here is the before pics...stay tuned...I have already have all the rear siding removed this morning before 8:00am.

I am tempted to get my Bob cat and just stick the bucket thru the wall.....

I just hate dealinig with old house built out of old rough cut lumber....it make pulling this siding so much of a head ache.

It's got great wood shop potential. Stick with it!

Sanity can hinder any good remodeling project. You don't need it.
