How to get around furnace

How would I go about making a halway on either side of the furnace? I have a portion of my basement that is not finshed, I would like to add an office, bedroom and bathroom in this section but can't seem to get my head around making a nice hallway through here.

See if the furnace can be moved to one side and then put the hallway on the opposite side.
