How to finish a stem wall?

Hey guys:
I just finished tiling my basement and would like to get the whole room finished up. We have a stem wall that goes around the permiter of the room that I would like to cover up. Its a bit different since it tapers at some points. My first thought was to throw up some cleats and just cover it with some pine but I was hoping you all had some good ideas. Thanks in advance!

Since no pictures were attacted we will have to guess.
Most often a wall is built from floor to ceiling in front of the stem wall so wiring and insulation can be done. But that should really have been done before the floor went in.

How to finish a stem wall?

Sorry if I wasnt clear. The room is "finished" and has electrical, etc. I would just like to cover that 6" stem wall so that it doesnt "feel" and look like a basement.
