Grout cracked and holes

Besides re grouting or caulk is there any other product that bonds really well to grout in a shower?

If it keeps failing it may be because the tiles were applyed over drywall and it's failing.
Try pushing on the tiles. There should be 0 movement.

if its in a corner remove the grout and caulk it with silicone. you can get silicone caulk to match the grout.

There is zero movement. So it sounds like caulk is the only way to go besides re-grouting. I know usually a concrete board should be used in a shower before the tiles are applied. Just hate pulling out grout.
Do I just remove the grout in that one area or are we talking the whole shower?

How about a pic so we know what you're talking about.
