Granite finish/polish good enough?

I just picked up my custom cut granite soap dishes sills, shower bench top and shower door threshold. The threshold was the one piece I didn't load myself and as soon as I got it home I noticed it had 2 chips on the top polished edge, so it is going back to be fixed for sure. But the other thing I noticed was that the fronts aren't nearly as shiny as the finished top, in fact they are rather dull in comparison. It seems to me they managed to get everything in their showroom nice and shiny on the cut edges. Should I be complaining about this as well?
It is Black Marinace granite if that matters.
Thanks!

If the samples are shiny and your product is no--I would bring them back to be polished similar to the samples--

Take them back, it's going to take a very expencive diamond hone to get then right.

I took them back. They are much better now. Not as shiny as the top, but a lot better. Thanks!
