May have to prime with a sealer for tar and nicotine environments. See similar posts over the last couple weeks for suggestions. I also mentioned that I got in the habit of calling a cleaning company that did fire damage work to do paint preps of smoker homes and apartments for me. They had all the equipment, cleaners and so forth and ended up cheaper than what I would have to charge. Plus nothing like prepping a smoker environment to totally gross me out. I just think of what lungs look like.
