Framing/drywall against uneven concrete wall?

I am framing out my garage and the wall around the garage door is stone with concrete over it. It's wavey from 2" to flush with my vertical stud. How do I finish this out so I don't have a big gap?

Framing/drywall against uneven concrete wall?

No replies...........I would just frame it out with 2x3 or steel framing and forget the lost space. No untreated wood on the floor, please.
