Framing Basement Window

I'm attempting to frame around my basement window, but the problem is that the sewer line is on the floor. THerefore I have to keep the wall roughly 10 inches from the foundation. My question since I cant put my floor plate next to the foundation wall how do I frame out the window? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

I think what he's saying is that the sewer line runs along the foundation wall, so the framed wall will be several inches away from the foundation. Which means that the window ledge will be quite deep (over a foot, probably). I actually have the same situation in my basement, and am interested to see how others would handle the situation.

Are the lines exposed?
If not how far below the slab are they?

Pics would be a great help.
Is the line actually on the floor or Just above it?
If it is above it enough and you can put a 2x plate under it do so, then build a wall above it hanging from the floor above. Sheet with 1/2" plywood joining the bottom plate on the hanging wall with the bottom plate on the floor, cover with drywall.

Post pics and we can figure something out.

Usually you build a box opening that extends from the wall back to the window frame.
