framing basement walls
 

I am about a 1/3 of the way thru framing the exterior walls of my basement. None of the walls are load bearing. I have some sections of the basement that will be used for storage and I see no reason to stickframe the outer permiter of the storage areas. Any reason I should? I have foam board glued to the foundation walls and will be putting insulation in all walls of living space. Any reason to spend the time and material framing the areas I mentioned earlier? Thanks!

Most local Codes require covering foam board with drywall or other fire slowing materials, it is toxic when burning (main reason fire-fighters were masks). http://www2.iccsafe.org/cs/committee...E_06_64_07.pdf
