Enclosing a 29" space in the ceiling




The very last one. "Wall Angle channel". Make sure the plywood is right up against the wall, no gap.
If you can not get that then you can rip a "Main Channel" in half.

Put it on your wall so it goes up then out and your plywood sits on it (kinda like a shelf bracket). Then your ciling drywall covers it, then your wall drywall covers the other leg.

This looks like some pretty light duty stuff. Do you think it will hold the weight without wanting to bend at its elbow?

that is why the plywood needs to be tight. So it sits right on the elbow.
