Electrical move after bench seat install

I have installed a built in bench seating around the kitchen table and window on our kitchen. I have to curve the duct that's coming out from
The floor to come out the front of the seating.

My Problem is that I will be covering up outlets. 2 of them. If I'm building this into the wall. Will it Have to have the outlet within 6 ft rule or can I say that there are outlets every six feet and that it is in the wall. I don't really care they are covered. The outlets won't get use in the kitchen.

Thanks for your time! Jarrod
