To destroy or not destroy an older 80 x 14 ft mobile home - Need Opinions

Got a free 80 x 14 ft mobile home and I'm good at flipping homes from utter chaos to beauty. Problem is time I ripped all insulation out which was no good the plumbing is no good, the HVAC is no good and the electrical I found out is only good if you want to have marsh mellow roast that the town can join in on. Only thing I see worth is the roof the walls are rotted framing in some areas along with the floor in bathrooms. Thinking it's best to save my money and start from ground up and call this a loss. What's your opinion?

Sell the frame for scrap metal.....donate the rest to the high school for the fall bonfire.
