Cover Hole in Kitchen Wall

I am removing an old kitchen exhaust fan from the kitchen wall that has been tiled. I just want to cover the hole since I do not want to retile. I was thinking about one of those stainless or chrome covers that are round that I see in some kitchens that cover cleanouts, etc. The hole will probably be about 8-10 inches. Any ideas of where I can get one of these or what else I might use?

I think finding a local sheet metal shop would be the best way to get what you need. They will be able to make it to your exact specs and (at least where i am) have very resonable prices.
