Cinderblock framing & insulation

I'm currently in the process of a remodel by turning a 425sqft cinder block shop into a family room. I'm planning on building 2x4 walls on the interior and then insulating with R13 faced fiberglass and then drywall. The shop sits on a slab so I'm gonna use pressure treated 2x4s for the bottom plate and then Douglas fir for everything else.

Some questions I have are:

- Do I need to separate the cinder block from the studs with a vapor barrier?

- Should I attach the studs to the cinder block at all or leave a small gap between?

- Should I fix the bottom plate to the slab so it doesn't move at all and then install studs - or - Have a floating wall attached to the bottom plate?

- And lastly the same question above but for the ceiling. attach so wall is rigid or allow wall to float up and down?

Thanks for the help

-Jeremy
