Can this be made livable?

Next to our house we have a building that used to be a workshop. It is 28 feet running N/S and 23 feet E/W with the door centered on the south side. We are wanting to make the building into a small, comfortable livable house for our daughter who is in financial trouble lately. What we would like includes, but is not limited to, one bedroom, one kitchen area, one bathroom, one living room and if possible a second bedroom or utility room and windows. At least one in each room. I would love it if someone could draw up a floor plan that would work for this small building for someone to live in. Any ideas would be taken in to consideration. Thank you in advance if I can't get back to you.

*EDIT* There are no walls in the building as it is.

BillyJoe, It sounds to me as if you simply want a "Guest House". The square footage is 644. What I would suggest is to go on line or go to a major building supplier and review some cottage plans. (specify square footage). The building should be sound but you may have to contact a building inspector prior to any work being done and he/she can advise you. Depending on where you are, there will be building permits for renovations work, plumbing, electrical, etc. and you night look into the costs of those as well. Good luck.

Wherever the plumbing is (or can most easily be added)...
becomes the bathroom spot with the kitchen next to that (sharing the wet wall).

EVERYTHING else is all a part of ONE BIG ROOM.
