I need to get hinges for my new cabinet doors. I am pricing the Blum brand as that is what the door manufacturer sells. The lower price per hinge sellers don't include the mounting screws. Are these easy to get from a Lowe's type store or an independent hardware store, or am I better off paying about .50-.60 cents more per hinge to get the right screws. I need 34 hinges.
Go to a cabinet supply, they will have the screws and cheaper euro hinges also. You may be able to get the screws at Lowe's they are 5/8 inch large thread screws.
I have a house full of Blum hinges that I purchased at Rockler and a couple other stores. Always included screws, they are stainless cone heads, not sure how easy it would be to get exactly the right screw at a big box store.
Check out Custom Service Hardware for the hinges and screws.
