bathroom sink & wall
Getting ready to remodel my 10 year old daughters bathroom and have a question concerning the sink backsplash and wall. The sink base sits in a corner so a side wall and back wall will be against the counter top. Should I place a short backsplash on both the back and side or only in the back. If I only put the short backsplash along the back wall could I have problems with water ponding up against the side wall sheetrock?
Remember this is my 10 year old daughters bathroom and guest bathroom. |

Back and side, may look funny if you don't and both should be done. Better to have the water pond against the back splash than against the drywall.
