Bathroom Re-Do

i have a 5' x10' bathroom that i want to heat what is the best choice? I have ceiling heat now, but am installing an exhaust fan in ceiling. My wife likes the radiant heat from the ceiling. She thinks a Cadet wall heater might be too noisy or too hot for the grandkids to touch.

Floor heat.

I never did understand the logic of radiant heat in a ceiling, may be why you almost never see it anymore.
Heat rises, heat in a ceiling, HMM
Heat rises, heat in the floor, sure sounds like a whole lot better idea to me.

Well, actually, hot air rises. Radiant heat does not, it does what the laws of thermal conductivity says it does, it goes to cold. So, if the heat is in the ceiling is properly reflected downward (via insulation), it will work to warm the room below. Though, in-floor is preferable so that it is felt when walked on. A ceiling radiant system won't warm the floor.
