basement remodel

nance0615 Newbie   Join Date: Sep 2011 Posts: 1	basement remodel I have mildew issues and we are going to take down all ceiling tiles and drywall. Is it in my best interest to put up a plastic barrier and mildew resistant drywall before installing a dehumidifier?

Also you need to figure out why there is so much humidity and moisture. Get a temperature and hygrometer.
