Basement insulation - 2 walls

I'm finishing only a section of my basement.. so basically a quarter of a rectangle...

I plan on putting ridgid insulation against the two concrete walls.. but my question is what to do for insulation for the other two walls, which will be shared by the unfinished parts of the basement.

Should I just go with unfaced fiberglass and call it a day?

Basement insulation - 2 walls

Insulate all the same, and you have to cover the XPS with Gypsum, due to it will give off toxic fumes if it burns.
