barn siding&tounge&groove planks for floors?

First off I wasn't sure to post this in here or in the flooring section so if its in the wrong area sorry...here's What I have going on I have a cabin & there's a small room in the back that has just plywood&@my other property I have a bunch of 4x8 barn siding its new just been sitting in my shop its tounge&groove can I stain this&use it on the floor?I've had the same stuff on my house for 30 years .I also have some tounge&groove boards that I used on my walls would those work also?Thanks in advance

I don't see why you couldn't use it as long as its thick enough. I wouldn't use it if it was less than 3/4".

Its 3/4 we used some turned upside down in a loft space some 20 years ago that's held up.

Then it sounds like you have your answer. If you like the look of it then use it, sounds like suitable flooring to me.
